What is "crab" and how he can save the processes in your team

With the help of "Krabika" you can solve the eternal problem in the communications of marketers and developers, to figure out why the coordination of design layouts takes weeks and months, make friends of slow accountants and hyperactive project managers, and most importantly – find a relationship in all this.

"Krabic" did not fall from the sky.

At first there was SIPOC. This is an international methodology for describing business processes "from height", which Mikhail Rybakov well disassembled in his book "Business processes: how to describe them, debug and implement".

We disassembled Sipoc to the components and improved it: added the secret ingredient and created a new entity called "Krabik". The main difference in our methodologies in our way is that SIPoc processes are not connected between themselves, while "Krabic" involves the combinatorics. Each stakeholder draws its own process by SIPOC methodology. After that, they are looking for those who are in the production chain before and after them. Thus, the processes are built into the systems where there are "inputs" (the processes that take the stakeholder) and "outputs" (processes that affect the result of the work of the stakeholder).

Let’s look at "Krabika" in action through the communication of developers and designers. So, designers give out the design, and the developers seem to take it. But for designer, the design is a monolithic object, and for the developer – these are individual pieces and principles of their assembly.
